Research and Development
Located in factory of Vancouver, our main body is our research and development center (R&D). In the laboratory headquarters, we have the largest facility among the similar laboratories in the western Canada, which equipped with a number of paint experts. It is they that keep us at the forefront of new products and paint technology. Our R&D labs also bring together the sales and manufacturing teams. As a result, the paint experts can meet the requirements of customers in a timely manner. They are working tirelessly to develop innovative products while testing and assisting with the customized applications.
Test
We have strictly tested products and formulations to ensure that they can withstand the extreme weather in China: extreme rainfall and humidity, temperature range ( higher than 40℃ and lower than -50℃), cumulative snowfall, salt water, ultraviolet light, and dry wind. In addition, we also tested various performance characteristics of the products, including adhesion, viscosity, transparency ( conservative visibility ), durability and color consistency of various surfaces. Therefore, if a product has the characteristics of Choimer Paint in terms of appearance, its internal quality is equally excellent.
Quality Control
Before loading, the experienced technicians in the quality control of the site will test the viscosity, PH value, gloss, drying time and color standard of each batch of coatings. Many aspects of the test may need more time, but can guarantee each batch of products have the high quality, so Choimer Paint is worthy of your trust. You can feel much more reassured all out products year after year.
Product Consistency
Our production facilities have passed ISO 9001 : 2000 certification. This means that we have an internationally recognized quality management system to ensure that our products have met or even exceeded the most stringent standards. Furthermore, our production process can be consistent and we can continuously produce high-quality products. Each batch of our products can be produced between 25 to 5000 gallons and meet our exact demands.
