It is a 100 % colored acrylic latex containing a fungicide that inhibits mold growth on the surface of the paint. It has the high-performance indoor and outdoor mercerized latex finish. It is suitable for new dry walls, primer surfaces, institutional areas, wet and condensation areas, and places that require very durable finishes.

Spread rate: 37-42m ²/ 3.7L (398-452 ft ²/ 3.7L)
Drying time : touch for 30 minutes, recoat for 4 hours ( adjust according to local temperature and humidity )
Surface treatment : The surface must be clean, dry and free of dust, grease, mold and wax. Remove any loose and flaking paint and repair with a repair agent.
New wood or dry wall : Seal the exposed surface with appropriate latex, mixed or alkyd primer to obtain better uniformity. Areas previously painted : Glossy surfaces should be burnished to a dull state or primered with appropriate primer to provide good adhesion.
